Moldy Crawl Space

These Cincinnati homeowners kept smelling a musty smell and for the longest time could not figure out where it was coming from. After a heavy rain storm they realized that water was trapped in their crawl space. It took a couple of hours to extract the water and upon entering the crawl space, our production technicians immediately noticed that there was growth on the beams that run underneath the house.

Once we had the growth tested by a hygienist and were sure that it was mold, our crews got to work to remediate the issue. As you see, they did a great job. We left the homeowners very satisfied.
