Residential Water Loss

During a severe flash flood event in Hamilton, Ohio this home owned by a local school teacher was found to be under water. Affected area was an unfinished basement with over a foot of water gathering in low spots. The water came into the home because of a clogged floor drain outside, forcing the water into the basement. As you can see by the before picture the water line is well above anything that would drain on its own. The after photo shows the same basement after we extracted, cleaned mud from the walls and steam cleaned the concrete floor. The customer was very pleased with the results, making it "Like it never even happened."
