Mold affected trim

The home in these picture's is located in Hyde Park a suburb of Cincinnati Ohio. Had suffered a minor water damage left un-mitigated resulting in a mold remediation need. As a result the carpet had to be removed as well as  the baseboard. In the grand scheme of things this was a relatively simple mold project and offered little challenge to our well trained SERVPRO staff. Containment was created to protect the customer and create a clean work environment. Air filtration devices were placed in the work zone generating the desired working conditions. SERVPRO technicians removed all discolored materials as well as encapsulated the framework that needed to stay to inhibit future growth. Post remediation air samples were done to verify this property to be a safe living environment.
