Oxford Ohio crawlspace mold project

This Oxford Ohio home needed to have the crawl space cleaned and repaired prior to sale. The SERVPRO of East Central Cincinnati crew had to remove all the insulation and insulated flexible duct work from the crawl space while under negative pressure to protect the unaffected areas.  After the affected materials were removed they then cleaned the framework of the house to remove all the mold spores affecting the structure. This was achieved by hepa vacuuming the areas prior to chemically treating the entire space. Once the crews have verified that the  post remediation results were good they than began to replace the materials removed.
