Rain water seeping into a basement

The house in this picture suffered water damage due to heavy rains that allowed water to seep in around the foundation. This particular job had its own unique challenges,. the homeowner was on a cruise and his neighbors go together to grant us access every day until the dry-out was complete. The SERVPRO of East Central Cincinnati crew had to help with inventorying damaged content this is particularly difficult when the property owner  isn't there to let you know what to salvage. We take pride in resorting over replacing the customers water damaged items. The structure side of this loss was very basic and simple we removed the affected carpet pad and dried the wet carpet.
