The dripping ceiling

This water damaged home in Fairfield Ohio was the result of a broken toilet supply line on the second floor, the water traveled all the way to the basement affecting much of the home as well as stored content in the basement. SERVPRO of East Central Cincinnati was quick to arrive on site to put the customer at ease. Water extraction was preformed of the carpeted areas to minimize the amount of secondary damage. Water wicking up the drywall was the major concern due to the amount of standing water. After the extraction was complete the cleanup of the debris and removal of non salvageable items was preformed. The SERVPRO crew chief kept in touch with the insurance company throughout the entire project to make certain the homeowners needs were met.
