Broken Pipe Floods Cincinnati Building

The flooding in this building in downtown Cincinnati happened after a pipe break. Unfortunately it was the weekend which allowed the water to sit for a couple of days.

Water Damage Process

The water was removed quickly using high powered extractors. We want to make sure that the bulk of the water is removed before we start the drying process. SERVPRO of East Central Cincinnati uses air movers and dehumidifiers to get the evaporation process started, but it will take a few days for the amount of water soaked up in the walls to dry out.
